A man is found floating in the Saco River
On February 20, 1994, the body of Thomas Napier, a 22-year-old man from Lyman, Maine, was found floating in the Saco River near a Maine Energy Recovery Plant in Biddeford. Napier had been missing since the night of October 29, 1993, when he had last been seen leaving a party in Saco.
