Jose Jimenez, a 29-year-old resident of Oceanside, California, tragically lost his life on April 28, 2018. The incident occurred during a family party held in the 3100 block of Jacqueline Lane, near Thunder Road, close to the Tri-City Medical Center in Oceanside.
