Jordan Luis, an 18-year-old resident of Oceanside, California, tragically lost his life on July 26, 2015. The incident occurred at the Shadow Ridge Apartments on Barnard Drive, a complex designated for former foster children who have aged out of the system. Jordan was fatally shot by his roommate, Calvin Glass Jr., who was also 18 at the time.
