Martin Willis Swan, aged 49, tragically lost his life on August 29, 2017, in Oceanside, CA. He was brutally murdered while innocently watching his dogs play in Bishop Park and Recreation Center. Martin, born on March 8, 1968, in McCook, NE, was adopted at five weeks old by B. Willis and Janice Swan.
