Stephen Adam Board, a 20-year-old resident of Oceanside, California, was tragically killed on January 2, 2012, in what was identified as a gang-related shooting. The incident occurred around 4 p.m. in the yard of a home located on the 500 block of North Redondo Drive. Witnesses reported hearing gunfire and subsequently saw three men in dark clothing fleeing the scene. The San Diego County Medical Examiner's Office confirmed Board's identity and his affiliation with a local gang.
