In a tragic turn of events following a Cinco de Mayo party in Tulsa, Oklahoma, 22-year-old Pricila Ochoa was found deceased on Sunday, May 6, 2018. She and another woman, 27-year-old Amber Dawn Foreman, were discovered in an apartment, both victims of an apparent shooting.

The discovery was made after family members of Rolando Morales, the resident of the apartment, received a disturbing text message from him containing a photograph of the two deceased women in his bathroom. Morales alleg ...
