In a tragic turn of events following a Cinco de Mayo party in Tulsa, Oklahoma, 22-year-old Pricila Ochoa was found deceased on Sunday, May 6, 2018. She and another woman, 27-year-old Amber Dawn Foreman, were discovered in an apartment, both victims of an apparent shooting.
