On a summer evening in Tulsa, Oklahoma, the life of 16-year-old Deouijanae Latrice Terry was tragically cut short. On July 17, 2015, the young woman was the unintended victim of a drive-by shooting. The incident, which was described by police as gang-related, also resulted in the injury of 18-year-old Jerome Bledsoe, who was believed to be the actual target of the attack.
