On March 28, 2000, 17-year-old Lisa Gaskin was brutally murdered in west Tulsa, Oklahoma. Lisa was last seen around 11:30 p.m. that night, walking on the railroad tracks near the 4200 block of Southwest Boulevard, accompanied by an unidentified person. According to reports, she was attacked with a sharp, heavy object and subsequently dragged to a ditch along the tracks.
