On the night of March 28, 2000, seventeen-year-old Lisa Marie Gaskin was walking along the railroad tracks in the 4200 block of Southwest Boulevard in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She had been visiting her father at his workplace earlier that evening. At approximately 11:30 p.m., she was seen with an unknown individual before being brutally attacked.
