In the quiet of a Tuesday evening in November 2021, the life of 23-year-old Shermiya Nicole Breed, a female described by her family as quiet and sweet, was tragically cut short in a north Tulsa neighborhood. On November 8th, gunshots shattered the evening calm, a sound that was soon followed by the screech of tires. Residents rushed outside to find a car had crashed into a fence in a yard on North Elgin Avenue.
