On a tragic day in Tulsa, Oklahoma, thirty-two-year-old Juanita Engarcia Ibarra was found deceased in her car, which had come to a stop in a traffic lane near 4th Place and Memorial Drive. It was August 28, 2015, and the discovery of her body would set in motion a homicide investigation.
