Edgar Luna, an 18-year-old resident of Oceanside, California, tragically lost his life following a drive-by shooting on December 3, 2010. The incident occurred around 8:00 p.m. in the 200-block of Lustrosos Street, near Libby Lake Park. Luna was found by a police officer who was in the vicinity responding to an unrelated matter when he heard gunfire.
