On August 30, 2012, Robert Robbins, a 47-year-old resident of Oceanside, California, was tragically shot and killed. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning, around 12:20 a.m., when police responded to reports of a woman screaming for help at the intersection of Calle Solimar and Calle Mariposa.
