Bernardo "Bernie" Ramires, a 19-year-old resident of Oceanside, California, tragically lost his life on June 5, 2017. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning when neighbors reported hearing gunfire in the vicinity of Calle Estrella and Calle Mariposa.
