Bernardo "Bernie" Ramires, a 19-year-old resident of Oceanside, California, tragically lost his life on June 5, 2017. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning when neighbors reported hearing gunfire in the vicinity of Calle Estrella and Calle Mariposa. Upon arrival, police officers found Ramires suffering from a gunshot wound to the stomach. Despite immediate medical attention, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
