Brandon Keiser, a 35-year-old resident of Oceanside, California, tragically lost his life on March 22, 2016. Keiser, who was a beloved driver's education teacher, was shot and killed in front of his condominium on South Freeman Street. On the night of his death, he was returning home after picking up pizza when he was confronted by an assailant. Witnesses reported hearing an argument followed by multiple gunshots.
