Manuel Valdez, a 31-year-old resident of Santa Rosa, California, tragically lost his life on June 28, 2021. Valdez's death was the result of a violent incident that shocked the local community. In the early morning hours of June 28, Stephen Joseph Archer, a 36-year-old man from Santa Rosa, forcibly entered Valdez's residence by kicking in the door.
