Damien Toney Jr., a 20-year-old resident of Santa Rosa, California, tragically lost his life on December 31, 2013. He was found in the parking lot of an apartment complex at 2001 Piner Road, having been shot in the chest and arm. Despite being rushed to the hospital, he succumbed to his injuries. The incident occurred early in the morning, around 2 a.m., and initially, no arrests were made.
