Max Weinreb, a 21-year-old from Mill Valley, California, was tragically killed on August 31, 2014, in Santa Rosa. Weinreb, who had a history of legal troubles related to marijuana, was at the Vagabond Inn on Cleveland Avenue to sell 10 pounds of marijuana to two men, Donald Paul Parker and David Edward Espinal.
