In a crime that sent shockwaves through New York City, 14-year-old Betsy Bermudez was tragically killed on April 15, 1984, in what became known as the 'Palm Sunday Massacre.' On that day, a total of ten people, including two women, two teenage girls, and six children, were found shot to death inside a Brooklyn apartment located at 1080 Liberty Avenue.
