Chad McFadzean, a 17-year-old resident of the Bronx, New York, tragically lost his life on January 10, 2014. He was found with multiple gunshot wounds to his torso inside his home at 1939 Grand Concourse. The incident occurred around 5:30 p.m., and despite being rushed to Bronx Lebanon Hospital, McFadzean was pronounced dead shortly after his arrival.
