Darquell Zamir Carter, a 22-year-old resident of Utica, NY, tragically lost his life on April 16, 2014. Born on December 3, 1991, to Minyette Jackson and Rodney Carter, Darquell was known for his vibrant personality and deep love for his son, Darquell Jr. He attended Mohawk Valley Community College (MVCC) and was cherished by his family and friends for his infectious smile and lively spirit.
