Thomas Lindsey, a 32-year-old police officer from Utica, New York, tragically lost his life on April 12, 2007. Officer Lindsey was conducting a routine traffic stop at the intersection of Neilson Street and Eagle Street when he was ambushed and fatally shot by a suspect.
