Andrew Abston, a 43-year-old resident of Utica, NY, tragically lost his life on February 16, 2015. He was found shot to death in the parking lot of the Six Nations apartment complex, where he lived. Despite the extensive security measures in place at the complex, including a high fence and security personnel, the perpetrator managed to carry out the crime within the secured area.
