On a summer evening in Utica, New York, the life of 17-year-old Stefan Medina was tragically cut short. On Sunday, August 19, 2018, Medina was found on the 700 block of Elizabeth Street with a gunshot wound. Emergency services transported him to a local hospital, but he succumbed to his injuries.
