Stefan Medina, a 17-year-old male from Utica, New York, was tragically shot and killed on August 19, 2018. The incident occurred on Elizabeth Street, near Hubbell Street, around 8:30 p.m. that evening. Medina was transported to the hospital following the shooting but ultimately succumbed to his injuries.
