Death by Force

Stefan Medina, a 17-year-old male from Utica, New York, was tragically shot and killed on August 19, 2018. The incident occurred on Elizabeth Street, near Hubbell Street, around 8:30 p.m. that evening. Medina was transported to the hospital following the shooting but ultimately succumbed to his injuries. Authorities quickly determined that the attack was not random and that Medina had been specifically targeted.
