On November 11, 2023, in Utica, New York, 26-year-old Neko C. Rayton was found deceased under tragic circumstances. Police responded to a call from a resident who noticed blood leaking from his ceiling. Upon investigation, officers discovered that the blood was seeping from the apartment above. When they proceeded to the upstairs unit for a welfare check, a man emerged covered in blood and was immediately detained.
