On the night of August 14th, 35-year-old Molik Liggins was shot multiple times on the 1600 block of Howard Avenue. Emergency services rushed him to a local hospital, but his injuries proved to be fatal, and he was pronounced dead shortly after his arrival.
The investigation into the death of the male victim was launched immediately by the Utica Police Department.
