Jose Velasquez, a 19-year-old resident of the South Bronx, was tragically shot to death on Easter Sunday, April 5, 2015. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning at an intersection in the West Bronx neighborhood. Velasquez sustained multiple gunshot wounds to his torso and neck.
