In a grim discovery that shattered the holiday season, the decomposing bodies of Anderson Nunez and his girlfriend, Rosie Sanchez, were found in their Sheepshead Bay, Brooklyn apartment in early January 2016. The couple had been brutally murdered days earlier, on December 28, 2015. Nunez, a 40-year-old male, was found with two gunshot wounds and had been stabbed over 30 times.
