Alfredo Callazo, a 20-year-old resident of the Bronx, New York, was tragically killed on February 22, 2016. His death occurred in the 40th Precinct, an area known for its persistent violence despite overall crime rates in the city reaching historic lows. Alfredo, also known as "Fredo," was shot and killed outside a Bronx park following an argument with three other men.
