Death by Force

In the early hours of December 20, 2023, at approximately 3:39 a.m., police responded to a 911 call reporting gunshots outside an apartment building located at 3836 Carpenter Avenue in the Williamsbridge section of the Bronx. Upon arrival, officers discovered 34-year-old Hector David with a gunshot wound to the left side of his torso. Emergency Medical Services transported him to NYC Health + Hospitals/Jacobi, where he was pronounced dead.
