Luis Giovanni Colon, a 26-year-old resident of Allentown, Pennsylvania, was tragically shot and killed on August 30, 2021, in the Bronx, New York. The incident occurred around 9:15 p.m. on Vyse Avenue near Hoe Avenue in the Morrisania neighborhood.
