Richard Thomas Porter, better known as Rich Porter, was a prominent drug kingpin in Harlem, New York City, during the crack epidemic of the mid-1980s. Born on July 26, 1965, Porter began his involvement in the drug trade at a young age, quickly rising through the ranks due to his business acumen and connections.
