Just days after celebrating his 32nd birthday, Jonathan Pena was fatally shot in the Bronx. On the evening of Saturday, November 13, 2021, Pena was with a 46-year-old friend outside the Marbella Restaurant on Macombs Road in the Mount Eden section of the Bronx. The two men were approached by three individuals who drew guns and proceeded to steal Pena's gold chain.
