Richard Cepeda, a 31-year-old resident of the Bronx, New York, was tragically shot and killed on July 11, 2019. The incident occurred around 9:40 p.m. at the corner of Field Place and Grand Concourse in the Fordham Heights neighborhood. Surveillance footage released by the police shows Cepeda meeting his assailant in the lobby of a building.
