On a summer night in the Bronx, 31-year-old Eric Oliver, a Black male, was fatally shot on June 11, 2016. The incident occurred around 11:30 p.m. in front of an apartment building at 903 Rogers Place. When emergency medical services arrived, they found Oliver with a gunshot wound to his head and pronounced him dead at the scene.
