In the winter of 2017, the life of 54-year-old Theodore R. 'Teddy' Talerico, Jr., a male resident of Utica, New York, was brought to a tragic and abrupt end. On Tuesday, February 21, 2017, Talerico was found deceased at a residence located at 620 Kirkland Street.
