On a cold December morning in Utica, New York, the life of 20-year-old Tirus Freeman was tragically cut short. In the early hours of December 15, 2022, gunshots rang out on Armory Drive. Freeman sustained multiple gunshot wounds and was rushed to St. Elizabeth's Medical Center in a private vehicle.
