Cleastore E. Jefferson, affectionately known as "Cleo," passed away unexpectedly at the age of 42 on July 20, 2020, at St. Elizabeth’s Hospital in Utica, New York. Born on December 8, 1977, in Utica, Cleo was a beloved member of his community, known for his artistic talents and his work in the customer service industry. He had a passion for art, which earned him a scholarship to the Munson Williams Art Institute, and he also enjoyed hairstyling, swimming, and spending time with his family.
