Carnell Victor, a 26-year-old resident of Brooklyn, New York, tragically lost his life on July 22, 2017. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning when Victor answered a knock at the door of his eighth-floor apartment in the Farragut Houses. As soon as he opened the door, he was shot in the neck. The New York Police Department (NYPD) responded to the scene and found Victor unconscious and unresponsive.
