On the evening of March 31, 2014, a dispute in Fort Valley, Virginia, ended in the shooting death of 35-year-old Harry Grant Nelson III. The male victim was at the residence of Daniel Scott Harvey, 33, on Stephens Lane when the fatal incident occurred.
