Roshad Twells, a 22-year-old resident of Brooklyn, New York, tragically lost his life on October 3, 2021. The incident occurred in the lobby of the Albany Houses, a public housing development in Crown Heights. Surveillance footage captured the harrowing moment when a gunman, wearing a red baseball cap and carrying a shopping bag, entered the lobby and opened fire.
