Chioteke Thompson, a 23-year-old resident of Brooklyn, New York, tragically lost his life on June 27, 2020. On that fateful day, Thompson and 39-year-old Stephanie Perkins were sitting on the stoop of a home in East New York when a gunman, disguised in a blonde wig and trench coat, approached them.
