In the heart of Brooklyn, a man known in his community as 'Mr. Common Sense,' 45-year-old Tikya Francis, was fatally shot on Wednesday, November 1, 2023. The incident unfolded just after noon in the East Flatbush neighborhood, shattering the midday calm.
