In the fall of 2018, the life of 26-year-old Anthony Ponce, a new father from Brooklyn, New York, was tragically cut short in a senseless act of violence. On the evening of November 2nd, Ponce was discovered in the fifth-floor hallway of his apartment building at the Bayview Houses in Canarsie with fatal gunshot wounds to his head and chest. The motive for this brutal slaying was an alleged dispute over a mere $50.
