In the early morning hours of November 2, 2019, a tragic shooting in Brooklyn claimed the life of 25-year-old Justin Rolon. The incident unfolded just before 12:30 a.m. in front of the Williamsburg Houses on Maujer Street, only a block away from where Rolon lived.
