Death by Force

James E. Smith Jr., aged 33, tragically lost his life on December 12, 2017, in Syracuse, New York. The incident occurred in the early morning hours at his home on Merriman Avenue. According to reports, Smith was shot during a home invasion that turned deadly. The assailants broke into his residence, and during the ensuing confrontation, Smith was fatally shot. He was later pronounced dead at the hospital.
