Charles Reynoso, a 24-year-old resident of Brooklyn, New York, tragically lost his life on June 8, 2019, in Manhattan's Washington Heights neighborhood. The incident occurred around 5 a.m. on West 166th Street when Reynoso was hanging out with friends. A man armed with a gun approached the group and attempted to rob them.
