Oscar Hernandez, a 24-year-old resident of Manhattan, New York, tragically lost his life on December 16, 2021. Hernandez was fatally shot outside a barbershop located on Amsterdam Avenue and West 151st Street in Harlem. The incident occurred around 9:50 a.m. when a gunman confronted Hernandez inside the barbershop, asking him what he was looking at.
