Jamarr Vestal, a 31-year-old resident of the Bronx, New York, tragically lost his life on August 15, 2019. Vestal was found with multiple gunshot wounds to his chest on Hall Place near East 165th Street in the Foxhurst neighborhood, close to Horseshoe Playground.
