Robert Hill, a 39-year-old resident of Mount Vernon, NY, was tragically shot and killed on April 27, 2021, in the Olinville section of the Bronx. The incident occurred around 6:15 p.m. at East 216th Street and Olinville Avenue. Responding to a 911 call, police discovered two individuals had been shot.
