In the Olinville section of the Bronx, on the evening of April 27, 2021, a burst of gunfire shattered the neighborhood's calm, leaving a man dead and a woman wounded. Robert Hill, a 39-year-old male, was discovered by police with a fatal gunshot wound to his chest at the intersection of East 216th Street and Olinville Avenue.
