On the evening of July 25, 2022, Shawn Pressley, a 28-year-old resident of the Bronx, New York, was tragically murdered. At approximately 9:14 PM, police officers responded to a 911 call reporting a shooting in front of 818 Home Street, within the confines of the 42nd Precinct. Upon arrival, officers discovered Pressley with a gunshot wound to the back of his head. He was immediately transported to Lincoln Hospital, where he was pronounced dead shortly after arrival.
